Kristi began working at Baylin Artists Management in October 2006 as Office Administrator & Publicity Associate.  In May 2009, Kristi became the School Programs & Publicity Manager. She was previously employed by Music Choice in the area of onscreen content and promotions.  Kristi served as Concert Coordinator for the Student Activities Board of Messiah College where she received a degree in Communication. She also studied Music Business at the Contemporary Music Center on Martha’s Vineyard.
