A Chicago native, Kim joined the Baylin Artists Management team in June 2011. Formerly serving as Managing Director for Chicago’s BackStage Theatre Company, Kim led the company to a surplus budget and a 192% increase in subscribership. Throughout her career, Kim has had a focus in Theatre Management and Audience Development, but has also enjoyed work as an actor, director, sound designer and stage manager. Several arts organizations have taken advantage of Kim's services both in Chicago and regionally. They include: The Goodman Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Dominican University Performing Arts Center, The Theatre School at DePaul University, Grounded Theatre, Windy City Performing Arts, Maine State Music Theatre, and Peninsula Players Theatre. Kim holds a BA in Theatre Arts and a minor Business Administration from Dominican University, she is currently pursuing her MBA at Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, PA.
